Howdy, guys!
Hopefully everyone is getting well or staying well after this rough flu season!
We’re just going to hit the ground running with all this month’s announcements.

1. Date night! Feb 16 from 6-11pm

Share the post! It’s on instagram and our Facebook page. Share the flyers! Spread the word! TDC students all ages are allowed, but the age limit for other guests is 5-12.
2. Order costumes!
•Jazz/Pop
•Acro FAB & IT
•Contemporary
*Don’t forget their tights!
((Folklorico will also need tights and bloomers.))
Costumes are ordered through our shopnimbly.com page! Just type in Texas Dance Culture and click on your program.
It shows what is required for recital and what is optional.
Visit the Amazon link provided to shop for any optional items you might be wanting to find on Amazon at a lower price. For example, Jazz/Pop needs black jazz shoes for both dances. I found some at much lower cost than Payless. (I’ve been told they run slightly small).  Send us an email and we can forward you a link!
Also, you can visit discountdance.com and enter: TP121672 (our school ID) for our studio’s discounted pricing on that website! Good place to find black leotards (Folklorico) and black leggings (Modern/Hip hop, Folklorico).
3. Bake sale fundraiser!!!
February 24th 11AM – 3PM
(To help offset recital fees)
Recital fee (Due April 9) is estimated at $50. (The more students we have, the lower the fee.) This pays for the production: venue, sound guy, lights, etc.
We will credit students who participate in the fundraiser. The more we sell, the more credit students receive! Share posts, flyers, spread the word!
Credit goes to those who provide baked goods or help set up/sell/clean up.
All profits go toward crediting students. * During our bake sale, Solano’s Sweat Box will be hosting its own fundraiser at the studio: a BBQ plate sale. Let’s help spread the word about that as well!
4. Please be mindful to pay tuition!
We have a policy on late tuition, but this being our first year, we have extended much grace, which we pray for in return as we iron out first-year kinks and develop a system that works best.
5. Be mindful of practice-wear!
We are not extremely picky, but we still have guidelines for optimal performance and professionalism.
* If you haven’t had a chance, read your handbook located on our website. It’s filled with lots of helpful information.
Thanks for being the best clients ever. We pray for y’all continually. 😊
